I am Anita and welcome to AM Watkins Health & Wellness Home Remedies. Here's our little story on how this brand got started!

As long as I can remember I have suffered with chronic sinus infections and allergies. I was spending hundreds of dollars on prescriptions and over the counter medications, but they would stop working for me because of the extended period of time I was on them. After noticing I needed higher dosages and steroids, I ended up having to have sinus surgery. Things got better for a while and I felt like I could live again until my allergies began acting up again. I then began to do everything my doctors asked me to do, making sure I had a daily regimen but my severe allergies continued to interfere with my daily quality of life. 

 

Once my husband and I had children, they also had allergies, asthma and sinus issues and giving daily prescription medicines to them was not an option. We began casually looking into natural healing options and began to integrate more natural health food items into our diet and lifestyle.

Later In 2020, my family and I were diagnosed with COVID-19. Our sinus issues were exacerbated, the headaches were the worst, and we were having trouble breathing. Curious to find ways to speed up the process of recovering from COVID, I started researching natural remedies and stumbled across the healing benefits of sea moss and elderberries. So, I started making my own elderberry syrup and sea moss for my family and noticed how it was helping us.
